Is it a boy or a girl?
When you're pregnant, there's one question that everyone seems to think they have a right to ask is it a boy or is it a girl?
Nutrition during pregnancy
We all want to give our children the best start in life, so it’s not surprising that a lot of pregnant mothers get a little panicky about what they should and shouldn’t be eating. In this article, we look at:
Constipation during pregnancy
Unfortunately, the process of having a child does not just involve thinking up baby names and making the spare room into a nursery. One of the first physical symptoms a pregnant woman is likely to experience is being constipated but the good news is that there are steps you can take to try to get things moving again!
Growing pains: pregnancy during the third trimester
There is a mantra commonly spoken by pregnant women reaching their due date: "Get this baby out". In the first trimester, most women barely feel the physical presence of the baby, while the second trimester is often marked with the growth of a cute, round bump and fluttering sensations when the baby moves. The third trimester, however, can be trying time with some women experiencing increased discomfort as the baby grows to the size of a watermelon.
Panadol and pregnancy
I'm just over 18 weeks pregnant and I have had an ongoing shoulder injury from before I was pregnant that is getting worse. I have been told that I could have torn tendons and ligaments and have been advised to go home and take Panadol. Is it dangerous to take it throughout the rest of my pregnancy everyday or should I get some physiotherapy on my shoulder instead?
