Don't panic. If you've forgotten your pill, or the condom has broken, there is something you can do to prevent becoming pregnant. Contact your pharmacy, doctor or local family planning clinic as soon as possible.
Drugs and their effects
Australia is a drug-using society. The most common drugs used are alcohol, coffee, nicotine and various medications. Less commonly used are illegal drugs such as cannabis (marijuana), ecstasy, heroin and amphetamines (speed).
Energy drinks
In recent years, an increase in consumption of energy drinks containing caffeine has led to concern by teachers and parents of the possible effects of caffeine on children. They are afraid that caffeine will make their children behave in ways that are unusual or harmful for them.
5 minutes with Miranda Kerr
Miranda chats to Good Health writer Bonnie Cleaver about her ideas on food, fitness and staying balanced in life.
The facts about "ice"
"Ice" is a street name for crystal methamphetamine hydrochloride, which is a powerful, synthetic stimulant drug.
